Return Policy

At Karen & Paul Sydney, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return a product. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly.


Return Conditions

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.


Return Process

  1. Register your return by contacting us at info@karenpaulsydney.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located internationally).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
